Project Overview

After a devastating fire caused extensive damage throughout a large residential home in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Frontier Restoration was selected to manage the fire damage restoration and reconstruction process.

The project began with a detailed assessment of the fire, smoke, and water damage affecting multiple areas of the home. Homeowner Review

We chose Frontier Restoration to rebuild our home for three big reasons: their deep construction experience, insurance know-how, and fire restoration expertise. From the very start, we knew we were in amazing hands. The owners, Greg Marsden and Doug Day, actually came to our initial kickoff meeting, which meant the world to us as we faced the overwhelming task of rebuilding after a devastating fire.

If we had to describe our Frontier Project Manager, Daniel Yocklin, in just one word, it would be extraordinary! He and Craig Hartwell made a fantastic team. Their project management was absolutely flawless, and they always brought such a warm, professional energy to the job.

The construction crew, led by Sergio, truly became like family to us. They always listened to our ideas and completely understood our worries. Sergio kept the job site super clean and organized, ensuring our home stayed safe while being incredibly respectful of our neighbors.

Finally, a huge shout-out to the friendly office team for keeping things moving so quickly and seamlessly! Frontier did an amazing job assembling a team of subcontractors and tradespeople who are incredibly skilled and take real pride in what they do.

Frontier easily gets an A++ from us. A million thank you to the whole team!
