Demolition, material disposal, surface treatment, and HEPA air scrubbing completed alongside homeowner exterior repairs.
Summer 2026 | Testing & Completion
Final clearance testing verified successful remediation; site walkthrough conducted with homeowner.
Recommendations included establishing critical barriers and negative pressure containment.
- Remove base boards for further investigation and remediate impacted materials and removed and disposed of safely.
- Ensure drywall removal extent 2 fee past visible water damage and fungal growth – remove impacted insulation and inspect framing
- Mitigate any sources of future water intrusion.
- Ensure spaces are dehumidified and dried out.
- Cleaning to be done by professionals in accordance with guidelines and IIRC standards for Mold Remediation with EPA antimicrobial disinfectants
- Air wash surfaces to allow for removal of spores through negative air filtration.
January 2026
A proposal and estimate was presented based on findings of from certified inspection report and was sent to customer. Another company had already performed some remediation but had not completed it. The customer selected Frontier Restoration to complete the job. Work authorization was agreed by customer and work by FR team began.
February 2026
Customer requested start date be pushed back. Project work started but then put on hold due to customer requests for other repairs.
May 2026
Customer communicated siding and window repairs complete so remediation can start Demolition, removal of impacted materials and further cleaning and treatment services were completed. The project manager kept the customer informed with ongoing communications.
June 2026
Work completed. Final project walkthrough conducted with the homeowner.
Post test completed and equipment picked up.
July 2026
Invoiced customer and Google Review received. The homeowner provided a Google review sharing their experience with the project and the Frontier Restoration team.
